Arlene Greenspan |

| Arlene is from New York and moved to Jacksonville, Florida, 32 years ago. She was a food caterer with her own business for many years. After selling her business and having lots of time on her hands she came to Travel Connections to “help us out” for a while. Arlene has been a great help to all our agents keeping brochures and our many faxes received in order. She likes reading “who done its” and volunteers in a non profit gift shop.

Betty B Benson |

| Betty Benson has been in the travel industry for 30 years and has been with Travel Connections for 15 years. Betty is from New York and has also lived in Los Angeles, San Antonio, Tampa...and finally landed in Jacksonville in 1954. She graduated from Jacksonville University, and since 1974 has taught Adult Continuing Education Courses in Italian language, in which she has become proficient through independent study. Betty made at least 30 trips to Italy and has traveled widely in Europe, the Orient, and the United States. She enjoys spending time with her family including her canine companions. Her hobbies include music--especially opera--photography, and working in her yard. |

| Betty Rohan has been at the helm of Travel Connections since its inception in 1983. Betty is active in the Jacksonville community. She is a member of Leadership Jacksonville class of 1986. She belongs to Hadassah and National Council of Jewish Women. She has served as president of the Jacksonville Travel Agents Association for two terms. Betty has two grown children. |

Elaine Vickers |

| Elaine has been in the travel industry and with Travel Connections for 16 years. She is from Jacksonville, Florida. Elaine graduated from Temple University and has been married for 38 years and has four children. She is a destination specialist for the Bahamas and Hawaiian Islands. She also has extensive knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and cruising. Elaine likes traveling, snorkeling, swimming, walking, politics, and church work. |

| Jessie has been in the travel industry for 19 years. She was born in Dublin, Ireland and came to the USA in 1969. After living in several states she settled in Jacksonville, Florida 24 years ago. Jessie worked with Travel Connections early in her career and left to start her own wholesale tour company that specialized in Great Britain & Ireland. Jessie came back to Travel Connections and has been with us for 8 years and she specializes in international missionary group travel. Jessie enjoys traveling, reading and crafts. |

Jim Monroe |

| Jim has been in the travel industry for 11 years and just recently joined Travel Connections in December 2001. He was born and raised in Southern California, moved to Seattle, Washington, for 10 years, and then moved to Jacksonville. Jim changed his career from accounting to travel because it was much more exciting and gave him the opportunity to travel more. Jim really enjoys traveling, gardening, and cooking. He is very involved in his church and the large events that take place there. As you can see, Jim is the only male in our office, and he is a great sport to put up with all of us.

Kelly Peck |

| Kelly Peck has been in the travel industry for 14 years, and Travel Connections for 13 of those years. Kelly was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, and moved to Gainesville where she grew up. She then moved to Jacksonville after school. Kelly has traveled to the Caribbean, Europe, and throughout the United States. Kelly works with corporate travel and enjoys the benefits of the relationships that are made when working with people on a weekly--and sometimes daily--basis. |

Margaret Ballard |

| Margaret has been in the travel industry for 21 years. She came to the United States from Great Britain in 1970. She lived in North Carolina for 10 years, then moved to Jacksonville and started working with Travel Connections when it first opened in 1981. She then moved on to start her own tour company that specialized in travel to Great Britain and Ireland. Margaret has been back with Travel Connections for five years and sells all aspects of travel, but Britain and Europe are definitely her favorites. She enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and walking, but most of all she enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren. |

| Rima has been in the travel industry for 22 years and joined Travel Connections a year ago. She was born and raised in the Middle East and lived in North Africa. Rima went to school on the island of Malta and attended college in Britain. She moved to the USA with her family 20 years ago and loves it here. Rima likes to travel, bake, and make exotic dishes. |
